Icy Wing Buffet makes your winged horse's wing buffet power freeze water into ice and turn molten lava into stone. It also puts out ground fires and flaming creatures. This effect extends in an arc in front of the buffeting horse.
The Supercharged version of this power provides greater range for the power (a bigger arc). When near ice, the horse's wings will gather the extra water vapor from around it and shoot out four damaging ice balls in a spread pattern.
